We are looking for an intelligent, confident and ambitious person to join Intali as a Property Researcher.
You will need to be confident, hard-working and enthusiastic for this wide-ranging role which we hope will be a stepping-stone into a fantastic career.
Property experience may be an advantage, but it may not. More important to us is that you are a numerate, literate, curious and a problem-solver. And you will need to be especially competent using Excel, Word, CRM (hopefully Salesforce) and other software.
But, if you are thinking of joining us, you should know our ethos. We are, dedicated, straightforward, anti-corporate, modern, innovative and ambitious.

We are a small and very effective team. There is no hierarchy – no one is too important to make the tea – but everyone is vital.
You will be required to undertake detailed property research and analysis to support the property development and investment work we do. This requires some serious tech skills, a meticulous mind and concise reporting.
Also, you would be taught to take control of property management – real “hands-on” experience and one of the best ways to learn about commercial property.
And, like everyone else at Intali, you will need to assist with the administration of our systems.
