Intali director, Adam Burdett, has been asked to present a talk on viability at the Shakespeare Martineau Planning Law Conference on June 14th.
The event is being held at the King Power Stadium in Leicester and will provide planning law updates with particular focus on the new Housing Act. (See Conference Program)
Adam has been asked to provide a practical review of the key considerations in viability assessments from both the applicant and local authority viewpoint. The format will be more of a discussion than a presentation and will aim to inform planners, developers, landowners and other development professionals of the process of assessment, negotiation and settlement of viability issues in planning.
